This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Lix
PTU Scrapkit Come Fly With Me by Cinnamon Scraps
This is a very nice kit well worth the money!
Tag Template 3 By Teresa
It is a PTU Kit!
Plug-Ins Need:
Lokas - 3D Shadow
Mask I Used 0144 By Diana Todd
Font I Used:
Pea Biggio
Download The Template & Font Here

Open Teresa's Tag Temp Provided duplicate it then close the original
Now pick what papers that you want to use on the template layers
Open the paper resize to 800x800 copy then close it on the template
Selections select all float then defloat, then paste the paper selections Invert
Delete then select none...
Do this with every layer don't delete the main layers behind the papers you use
As this shadows the layers!

Apply all the element's that you wish to use this is the drop shadow & Lokas 3-D Shadow
That I used on mine:

Drop Shadow:


I then added my mask copy & paste the paper of choice
Layers new mask layer from image choose dmsk0144 from the drop down menu


When you are ready to add your name I used paper 10
Pattern scale set to 20 no angle convert to raster layer
Selections select all float defloat modify expand by 2 add a new layer drag under
The font layer flood fill with white select none
That's it resize the tag to your preference
