This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Jennifer Janesko
Cinderella Scrapkit by Addictive Pleasures
Mask I Used By Insatiable Dreams
It's the Floral12MaskCatInsatiableDreams
It's under the resources page
Plug-Ins Need:
Xero Porcelain
Font I Used:
Harrington

Open a new image 700x700 white background
Open the frame 3 resize it to about 459x458 paste as new layer
Grab a paper of choice resize to 700x700 paste as new layer below the frame
Using the Floral12MaskCatInsatiableDreams Mask apply it to the paper
Draw a selection around the frame like below

Then selections invert hit delete then selections none
Apply the tube of choice then apply the following drop shadow:

Open the leaves 2 resize as needed then place on each side of the
Frame using the same drop shadow as before
Open the castle resize to around 430 or so paste under the frame line it up then apply
Xero Porcelain default settings to it

Open the sparkleswirl of choice resize and paste just above the background
Place it on the top right corner duplicate that and image mirror then flip
Merge down duplicate it agan and image mirror then merge down again
Using the selection tool draw a square around the inside of the frame
Make sure you are still on the swirl layer and hit delete then selections none
Add any other decorations you want to now
When you have all the decorations and everything done hide the background layer
Then merge visible duplicate the tag and on the bottom layer apply the
Gaussian Blur Radius Set To 7.00 to the bottom tag
Now on the top tag apply the same Xero Porcelain as we used before
Add all your © Infos and name we are done!
