This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X3 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Keith Garvey I used Emo Hottie By Kristin Tag Template 381 By Missy Plug-Ins Need: VanDerLee UnpluggedX-Interlace Penta.com - Dot & Cross Eye Candy 4000-Glass Lokas 3-D-Shadow Font I Used: MTF Jumpin' Jack Alrighty! Let's do this! Open Missy's template hit Shift+D close out the original one Delete the raster 1, stars and wordart layers we wont need them Open the paper of choice I used paper 15 On the rectangle layer selections-select all-float-defloat Paste the paper as new layer Selections-Invert hit delete selections-select none Do the same for the oval & circle layers using differet papers once u have the circle Layer done go back down to the rectangle layer you did and apply the following Texture blinds effect: 
Now open the backgroun from the elements and paste it as new layer Just above the white background layer duplicate it and apply a very small Gaussian blur to the orginal layer Open the chain paste as new layer move behind the chrome brads apply The Lokas 3 D Shadow to it default settings Apply the papers of choice to the picture back and frame layers The open the tube you wish to use on the picture background Layer selections-select all-float-defloat paste the part of the tube you Would like to have showing thru then go to Selections-Invert hit delete Selections-select none. Do the same thing with the other picture When you have that done duplicate each tube layer and on the right side One apply the default settings of the penta.com color dot to the orginal tube layer Then on the duplicated layer apply the Van derlee unpluggedx-interlace at these settings: 
But uncheck the horizontal then apply it then change the layer blend mode to Luminance (L) Do the same thing to the other tube layer but do not use the texture effect and change the Layer blend mode of the duplicated layer to soft light On the frame layer I used the lokas 3d shadow on these but thats up to you Now it's time to apply your main tube then use the I used the lokas 3d shadow 2 times Just add all and any of the elements you wish to when you have that done On my text I used the following eye candy 4000-glass
