This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Lady Mishka
Scrapkit Steampunk Cutie by Kristin
It is a PTU Kit!
Plug-Ins Need:
Xero-Radiance
Font I Used:
MTF Kim
Mask 0144 by Diana
Page 8 it's a free download :o)

Open a blank image 700x700
Open the cluster frame paste as new layer grab your
freehand selection tool set to point to point go around the frame
Along the outside of it open a paper of choice paste as
New layer selections invert hit delete key
Paste the main tube of choice line it up hit delete key again
Do the same thing with your second tube but resize it to fit
See my tag for example
On your second tube lower the opacity to 55
Duplicate this layer and apply the following texture blinds:


Now apply the following Xero Radiance:


Lower the layer opacity to 62 change the blend mode to soft light
Then apply the same radiance to the main tube layer
This is how your layers should look


Apply all the element's you wish to use I didn't use any drop shadows
For mine except the boot & key again that's up to you!
On my text I wrote it out aligned it like so then applied
This inner bevel and drop shadow:




Go down and click on your mask layer and type out your name
Try to get it small as you can but still able to read it
Convert to raster layer now click back on your mask layer selections-
Select ALL Float- DEfloat, go back up to the name you typed out and
Effects reflection-pattern use these settings:


Select none and turn this blend mode layer to soft light I changed my opacity layer
To 75 but that's up to you!
