This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
Font's I Used:
B691-Sans-Heavy-Regular
Wasser
Tag Template 233 By Missy
Sunshine Babe Scrapkit By Tamie
Plug-Ins Need:
Filter's Unlimted 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 7
Eye Candy 3.1 - Glow
No Supplies For This One

Let's get started!
Open the template 233 by Missy hit Shift+D and close
Delete the top three layers
Out the orginal one click on the background layer go to image
Canvas size 750x750 we can crop and resize when we are done
Open up the sunflower and sunflower 2 copy and paste as new layer
Place the grren one in the upper right corner and the pink one just below the green one
Merge together duplicate image mirror image flip now merge only the
Sunflower layers together duplicate it on the original layer Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur
Radius set to 10 now apply the Filter's Unlimted 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 7 settings:

Now pick papers from the kit and apply them to all the shapes on the template
Using Selections-Select all-Float-defloat copy paper paste as new layer
Selections-Invert-hit delete on the keyboard-Selections-select none
Do this with all of the layers

Open the umbrella of choice resize to about 209x244 paste as new layer
Move to the upper left corner move below all the layers just above the background layer
Open the sun resize to about 149x149 place on image pick out the tube of choice
Place it on the smallest circle it was the circle 3 select the circle layer
Selections-Select all-Float-defloat line the tube up inside the selection then
Selections-Invert-hit delete on the keyboard-Selections-select none
Add a drop shadow to all of the laayers now just finish decorating your tag
I added a small glow to the words Sunny Babe but that's up to you!
Don't forget the © delete the white background layer and resize then save as png
